These Terms of Service govern your use of CoLinked AI, a LinkedIn content automation service operated by JK Growth Media. By subscribing to or using CoLinked AI, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using CoLinked AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
Description of Service
CoLinked AI provides AI-powered LinkedIn post generation, a content approval workflow, automated scheduling and publishing, visual asset generation, and a personal dashboard to manage all content activity.
Subscription Plans and Payments
- Starter (Free Trial): 7 days of access with 1 LinkedIn account and up to 10 posts. No payment required.
- Pro: ₹2,999 per month, billed monthly. 1 LinkedIn account, unlimited posts. Renews automatically until cancelled.
- Agency: Custom pricing. Contact us for a quote.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds on completed payment cycles. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at jkgrowthmedia@gmail.com.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your Brain profile and account settings.
- Review all AI-generated content before approving it for publication.
- Ensure content published to LinkedIn complies with LinkedIn's own Terms of Service and community guidelines.
- Not use CoLinked AI to publish spam, misleading information, hate speech, or any content that violates applicable laws.
- Keep your dashboard login credentials secure and not share them with others.
Important: You are responsible for all content published to your LinkedIn account through CoLinked AI. We provide AI assistance and an approval workflow, but the final decision to publish rests entirely with you.
LinkedIn Platform Compliance
CoLinked AI connects to LinkedIn via their official OAuth API. You must ensure your use complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service at all times. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.
Intellectual Property
The CoLinked AI platform, including its design, code, and AI systems, is the intellectual property of JK Growth Media. You retain ownership of content you publish. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to generate and deliver content to you.
Limitation of Liability
CoLinked AI is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always meet your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that scheduled posts will always publish at the exact intended time due to third-party API limitations.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent plan limits, or fail to make payment for a paid plan.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoLinked AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
