- Content data: Posts, topics, and creative assets generated through the platform.
- Usage data: How you interact with the dashboard, including features used and actions taken.
How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your CoLinked AI account and dashboard access.
- Generate LinkedIn content tailored to your niche and voice using AI.
- Publish posts to your LinkedIn account at scheduled times, with your approval.
- Send transactional emails including your dashboard credentials and plan notifications.
- Process payments and manage your subscription plan.
- Provide customer support and improve our service.
LinkedIn Data
CoLinked AI connects to LinkedIn via OAuth to publish posts on your behalf. We use this access only for the purpose you have authorised: scheduling and publishing content you have approved. We do not read your LinkedIn messages, contacts, or private data beyond what is required for posting.
You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your dashboard Profile tab. Upon disconnection, your OAuth token is deleted from our database immediately.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers:
- Supabase for database and authentication services.
- Razorpay for secure payment processing.
- EmailJS for automated transactional emails.
- n8n for workflow automation including LinkedIn publishing.
